Fibrosed Pyogenic Granuloma
| Description | : | Pyogenic granulomas may involute by means of a gradually progressive stromal and perivascular fibrosis. Small raised tags or smooth papillomas encountered within the external canal probably represent prior pyogenic granulomas which have undergone involution. Occasionally, a pyogenic granuloma may become covered with relatively normal epithelium and persist as a small fibroma or tag within the canal. |
